I'm experiencing a bit of writer's block on my current trio of projects, so I could use something to get the juices flowing again. So it's time for a fanfic meme...

AtLA GENDERSWAP FANFIC PROMPT POST

RULES:
* Each person can have one-three prompts. I may only pick one out of three given, or do all three. It depends on how they strike me.
* The prompts can range from one word to a whole situation.
* It has to be genderswap related. What's the point otherwise? Time, place, or situation is all up to you.
* Pretty much anything goes, but if it doesn't, I'll let you know and you can prompt something else.

Okay serious suggestions.... what hasn't been done already, or I can think of another angle... I've already seen a good Haru swap so.....

It was a burden, being the one on the team who wore the pants.

Aang's vegetarianism and pacifism didn't really gel with the do-daring globetrotting heroes thing that Katatui had hoped they'd be after that rescue raid on Prince Zuko's ship. His elder brother was simply a disgrace, dressing up like a girl as he had. Katatui had almost convinced himself that it'd been some twisted plan of his brother's to bag the Kyoshi Warriors' leader when all the other little warning signs cropped up, like Sokka's eagerness to browse marketplaces "just because". Because nothing was more important on prison raids to free captive earthbenders than proper accessorization!

The sad fact was that only Toph came close to helping him carry the banner of manly adventure, and she was still a she. Which was fine, sorta. Toph was a cool kid. Katatui just wanted some damsel to rescue, y'know? You couldn't be a real storybook hero unless you rescued some girl. If the universe had been following the rules, it'd have been a girl Avatar he freed from that iceberg. Instead their team was a huge sausage fest.

At least their enemies had the hot femme fatale thing going on. They made for good eye-candy, that knife-throwing chick especially.
