T-Minus 7 Days...

lavanya_sixBit of a slow day. I finished the next two scenes (1,683 words) of Chapter 10-A. Thirteen more scenes remain per my outline. Still mulling over some pacing issues for Chapter 9-C, the lead-in for the grand finale. I also did some minor revisions on Chapter 4, which I'm still in the middle of a major overhaul of. Added some more notes to my "Big List of Bullshit Revisions" for the final once-over of all of Book 1: continuity checks mostly, along with some adjustments to Suki's general characterization.
I hope tomorrow to be more productive. My writing pace for 10-A has been slower than average because I'm doing it in long-hand on a legal pad and then transcribing the finished scenes into a Word document. I think I handle my character's internal thoughts and emotions better when I write in long-hand. I also tend to not be so dialogue-heavy compared to when I just type raw.
