Still have to finish up Book 1 of Facing Fearful Odds, but here's a glimpse of the NEXT project on my block.    :)

Taking Sights: The Final Chapters (10 chapters planned)
     Chapter 16-B, The Great Classroom 2-A Apple Peel-Off, is 50% done. (4,746 words)
     Chapter 17, Doing Whatever a Spider Can, is 10% done. (2,407 words)
     Chapter 18, Impact Tremors, is 20% done. (3,145 words)
     Chapter 19, Meeting Tiffany Grant, is 5% done. (1,359 words)

     Chapter 20, Weaving a Story, is 1% done. (89 words)
     Chapter 21, A Shadow in the Sky, is 1% done. (561 words)
     Chapter 22, Sometimes a Great Notion, is 5% done. (1,517 words)
     Chapter 23, The End of Taking Sights, Part 1 of 4, is 1% done. (239 words)
     Chapter 24, The End of Taking Sights, Part 2 of 4, is 1% done. (115 words)
     Chapter 25, The End of Taking Sights, Part 3 of 4, is 20% done. (2,459 words)
     Chapter 26, The End of Taking Sights, Part 4 of 4, is 20% done. (2,058 words)

Taking Sights will end with Chapter 26, but a new story will continue it. The title of the sequel can't be shared yet, as it's something of a spoiler for the events of the final four chapters of Taking Sights. When I'm done with this block of ten chapters, I'll be posting them at a rate of one every week.

So what is the aproximate time I and continue reading takings sights? This year or sometime next year? Thank you posting some of your abandon fics. You should recycle some of the eva material into taking sights.

Right now -- barring any major writer's block -- I'll be finishing production of "Facing Fearful Odds: Book 1" in early November. I plan to spend the rest of November doing a one-shot NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writer's Month) fanfic project, because I want to take a breather and do a very SMALL fanfic project between two long-form fanfics.

After THAT, I'll be working on the last chapters of "Taking Sights". It'll be about hundred thousand words long, those ten chapters, so say three months for primary writing, and another month of beta reading and editing...

April 2010?

Around April 2010. That's when I'll probably be posting the rest of "Taking Sights", if my writing pace on "Facing Fearful Odds" is any indication. I'll be posting Chapter 16-B much earlier, in November or December, so that there won't be an eight month gap between "Taking Sights" updates.

I know it's a bit of a wait, but it'll make for a stronger story.
