I've seen it fansubbed. I don't plan on watching the dub. The re-casting of some of the voices is jarring for the idea of the characters I have in my head.
The movie itself was okay. The animation is great, but condensing the story makes it feel overflowing.
The second movie managed to do something I never thought possible -- make the Plug Suits even MORE fetishistic.
